Who We Are

We are a new Anglican Church in Chapin, SC looking to serve God and all people in Chapin, Irmo, and the greater Dutch Fork region. We are a community made up of people from all stages and walks of life, with all of the struggles and pasts that normal people have. We love the way that Jesus takes us as we are, and we are excited about the way he is forming us into something new by his Holy Spirit.

Whoever you are, if you don't have a church family or are just interested in being part of something new, we'd love to learn your name and welcome you into our community as we seek to enjoy God's self-giving love together and find ways to share it with others.

The Vision

Heaven on Earth.

As Anglicans, we pray what we believe--thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Our vision and prayer is nothing less than heaven on earth in all areas of life for the glory of God, the healing of broken lives, and the flourishing of all people. As a parish we long to be a place of rest for the weary, acceptance for the judged, and a community of encouragement for the disheartened. We want to invite each person deeper into the eternal, self-giving love of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Our Mission

Our mission comes directly from the words of Jesus himself

The Great Commandment
Jesus said, “you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ and ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these. (Mark 10:30-31)

The Great Commission
Jesus said, "go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)

Together, these form our mission to Love God, Love our Neighbors, and Make Disciples of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
